Please note:

• For your safety, we require a well lit, clean, indoor setting to administer treatments

• We require a $200 deposit in order to travel to an event. This can be applied toward treatments at the event or can be refunded after the event

• We reserve the right to not proceed with treatment if we determine that there are any clinical safety risks
